Every system is designed to the applicable SANS and ASHRAE standards and paired with an energy plan — variable-speed drives on fans and pumps alone can cut their energy use by up to 50%.

Mechanical Engineering
Yes. We are a turnkey contractor: we design, supply, install, commission and maintain, so one team stays accountable from concept to handover. We also take on design or installation monitoring on its own, as we did for the Letaba Hospital HVAC project.
We specify and install Novec 1230, FK-5-1-12, CO₂ and IG-541 (Inergen) clean-agent systems. All have zero ozone depletion potential, so they replace legacy halon and HFC suppressants without adding to your emissions. We also design sprinklers, water mist and detection systems.
Our head office is in Polokwane, with branch offices in Midrand, Rondebosch (Cape Town) and Tshisaulu. We take on mechanical projects for public and private clients across South Africa.
